DularPay is a bill payment and loan repayment product of Shiv Enterprises ("Shiv Enterprises", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates as a registered Agent Institution (AI) under the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), as authorized by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Reserve Bank of India guidelines.
DularPay is NOT a bank. We are a technology platform that facilitates bill payments and loan repayments through the BBPS ecosystem. Banking services, fund settlement, and account management are provided by our regulated banking partners.

Bill Payment Charges: Transaction fees (if applicable) will be disclosed to the customer before payment confirmation. DularPay does not charge hidden fees.
Settlement Timeline: Successful transactions are settled as per NPCI guidelines, typically within T+1 to T+3 business days (where T is the transaction date).
Transaction Confirmation: Agents must provide customers with an official receipt/acknowledgment for every transaction. DularPay provides digital receipts that must be printed or sent to the customer.
In the event of a failed transaction where money has been deducted from the customer's account but the bill was not settled:
DularPay is not liable for reversals initiated by the customer's bank or delays caused by banking system failures beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
